Flats (completely reorganized in 2007) are new and wide three-room apartments with five beds and a beautiful sea-view. They have every comfort, included: kitchenette (with pots and crockeries), tv, washing machine, strongbox, iron and ironing board, gas, water and light, bed linen (weekly change) and bath linen (twice-weekly change). Services included from June 7th to September 6th : private beach with a beach-umbrella, a deckchair and a sunbed, pedalo and canoe use, swimming pool, watergym, gags, mini-club (from 4 years old to 12 years old), baby-dance, kids’ park, animation, disco, bowling green, ping pong and private parking. Lido Paradiso Village has a restaurant (with discounted meal ticket opportunity), mini-market, bar and tennis court. Flats are available from 3 p.m. in the arrival day and they must be leaved at 10 a.m. in the day of departure. It’s required a key money (150 €); cleaning expenditure (50 €); 70 € for Boungaville residence (kitchenette not enclose); 10 €/day cradle on hire; sixth bed 20 €/day in June and September, 30 €/day in July and 40 €/day in August (minimum seven days stays). No animals. Visitors, after a communication to management, can stay in the Village for 2 hours. After 2 hours they must pay daily price.
